Even better if you have parallel bars + rings…
You can do body rows and deep push ups hanging the rings on the bars (with elevated feet)
make a video of you swapping from low to high setting, I want to see how involved it is.. I'd like to be able to do it at 5am with my daughter sleeping in the room next to me and not wake her up.

Dips should be done at least to 90 degrees angle. What is shown is much higher unfortunately. LE: I see later variations show a much lower posture, so I guess the parallel bars are high enough to go deep enough 😊
