Icant do most of them what should I do I can't even put my leg in in 90⁰
After 1 month doing these exercise with 15 mints cardio I lost 12 kilograms of my weight, from 93 to 81. But you have to avoid high carb foods and also sweets to lose weigth. I didnt gain muscles but I lost weight.
Week 1 – 1 set daily
Week 2 – 2 set daily
Week 3 til now – 3 sets daily.

This is amazing! Luckily I do martial arts anyway so I’m having it easier that most people however it’s still hard nether the less but awesome workout man. Just on day 2 now and I’m definitely feeling the good changes
