I did this workout on 7/7/22.
Anna, you sure brought it with this one.
I got to an average of 72.9% of my MHR DURING THE warmup and actual workout.
It has not been your hardest workout, but I liked it. I used 25 pound dumbbells for most of it. I am trying to become more comfortable with those after using 20 pound dumbbells for about a year .
