Wow I really love this workout. I try to do it at least once a week but on good weeks 2-3x I feel so much stronger and fit. I'm 6 months pregnant so I do it at my pace but it's definitely getting me ready for labor. As I gain belly weight doing this is just making me even stronger bc I'm carrying extra weight lol. So after the baby I should be STRONG! 💪🏽 I had my husband do it with me too he loves it as well and tries to do it once in a while. He likes to box and he said this has helped him a lot in the leg area. 👌🏽

Great class, Anna. We've done some of your workouts in the past, but I'm nursing a bad knee injury now and needed something with high sweat that was easy on the knees. This was perfect.

Thank you for this workout. Usually I do jumping HIIT but I almost burned the same amount of calories without jumping which is amazing to me. Fitbit Workout Mode: 18 zone minutes 234 calories

i wish the title of this video said it was mostly an ab workout since i really hate workouts on the floor as they slow my heart rate down. would have been nice to have it throughout rather than all in one go!
