I did this workout a couple of days ago, the workout was still amazing but I am going through a phase of chronic pain and felt like garbage haha. Today I feel a lot better, discipline is key. Feeling thankful 😊

I've been doing this workout with a 25 pound kettlebell and it's hard man. It's so awesome. I can't do the part where you get on the ground though. You're in really good Shae. You make it look easy. Awesome.
