Hi there was rough today! First time since hernia operation. And letting people in my head about me turning 70. I feel and think mind, desire as I did at 32. Fittness is my therapy. I never want to stop challenging. You workout did that for me. When I was competing too long along ago, but there are lots of other categories now. My Nane that still sticks today, Medusa. People a gym who I haven’t share what they call past, snicker. I’m sharing this with you, cause my favorite words you use, CHALLENGE’ I’ll keep following, any thing to share, I’d love to hear. My journey is just beginning again. Had tummy tuck, I really need to work that area now that’s stretched, how much ch success with that I can just go to it. Any suggestions for that!! I had damage to my lower obliques and pelvic muscles after birth and was offered muscle relaxers at first and physical therapy. I want my body to be stronger to prevent this from happening again if I have another baby. I can feel it burning without causing my muscles to spasm or some lightning pain. Thank you for sharing these
