Hi @jordan my height almost 5 feet 2 inches….when i sudied in 12th and college i had clear abs, but last 2 years my body increase and i am not doing any kind of workout or any excercise…but now happens like my chest and upper abs separated…and its like too much fat…i again want my abs inside the chest. if you can help me out?

Reverse crunches + standard crunches = 10 reps
High knee run = 30 reps
Protraction + 2 jacks = 10 reps
Knee to chest + knee high up = 10 reps
Crunch + stand up = 10 reps
