So I’m definitely a newbie. Especially not being given a schedule or something. But I’m doing this for weight loss and flexibility and would love to know how long should I play this for a day in order to get better results without going too far? Would it be too much to do the adventure mode before one of your training list for weight loss or flexibility?
I bought this earlier in the year and have been unable to use it. Although I set it up in the beginning I can't seem to navigate the menu to use it anymore. I am obviously missing something and although you can see information everywhere on setting it up for the first time there's no idiot sheet on how to log into it daily (or each session) and continue with the workout. Both me and my husband go this to use to share the a new fitness challenge. If you know where we can get help with this it will be great otherwise we'll have to sell it
Thank you! I just bought this and this is very very good!
Hello again. You said I could ask….sooo….Total technophobic here, is there a vid or something built into the game to walk y9u thru the basics? I just realized the other day the kettlebells along the track have bullseyes and I can never recall to squeeze or pull…do those overhead lights in the lower cave type levels fount fir something fir collecting? The field poppies?
Just trying to explore the custom move list you suggested, is there a way to try each one w/o ‘setting it’ into your routine?
And…let’s see, it appears I win each battle and make it thru easily (set on lowest settings right now) but suddenly I’ll see I have parts of my ‘lives’ missing…in level 18, as I started to directly battle Drageux, it announced no lives left, try again tomorrow.
And lastly, we got this to make one investment as I’d gotten obsessed with a (non active) phone game thar i ended up spending $$$$$$ on to get thru the levels, am I going to run into that problem with this game/the general store? That’s what I’m trying to avoid! THANK YOU!!!
And how do I get new clothes
What do I do with coins in ring fit adventure, I'm on world 2 on level 2, help
Been playing ring fit for about 10 days with some rest days as someone who never really exercised beyond daily walking what time should I aim on in the game clock to get an exercise to make a difference? I normally hit about 20 minutes on difficulty 20 atm before I start feeling exhausted and the game asks me to cooldown
Thanks, i actually didnt know that about the warm-up! 😀
When I do the front press, is it normal for it to work my triceps too? Sometimes I feel it in the middle of my chest, sometimes in my triceps, and most of the time both.
The voice actress of Leela is in this? Is she voicing Ring?
Any tips on the breathing part? Sometimes the game tells you to breath in and out in specific movements and I often feel like I do the exact opposite of it. Also im unsure if i have to breath in/out in every rep. Some movements have higher/lower freq. rep so I need to decrease/increase the frequency of my breathing to match the workout.
Just found your channel and am loving all the tips! I have done almost 60 days of ring fit but I am an exercise newbie and trying to be more mindful about how I am working out in the new year whereas before it was just getting the habit going.
Could you demonstrate the proper way to do the static stretch where you pull your hand to stretch your arm? It’s been driving me nuts every time that comes up because I don’t think I’m doing the stretch correctly and I don’t know what it’s really supposed to feel like (they never show the side view of Tipp for this one). Thanks so much for sharing these videos for free—you rock!
<(HELP!!) I recently bought the game. Can someone tell me how to get more hearts? During second fight with the buff dragon, I had 4 hearts and he beat me down. Do I just load up on more smoothies or is there a place to train and get more hearts?
Thanks so much for this video! Very helpful! I havent been working out since march and i bought the game two days ago… Played about an hour on those days and today i feel very sore 😆 I'm glad this game exists, i already enjoyed the wii fit yoga board but the ring exercises are much more engaging and fun
Hi! I watched most of your videos about ring fit adventure and I was wondering if you'd like to make a video about proper form in movements that have the most risks of being done badly, explaining what we should think about, on what we should focus, what we shouldn't do, etc.
When I started playing the game, doing the knee-to-chest was causing me back pain (I have back problems currently, so this might explain that; my physician recommended that I do more exercice, since I'm an office worker, a gamer and an amateur pianist… nothing that makes me move much, so I played Ring fit and took Yoga lessons in the past 4 months), so I decided not to do that movement. I tried again recently and the problem is still there (I still have my back pain problem, but I was thinking maybe I wouldn't have any problems after developing my abs a bit which I think I've done over the past few months. I think the pain is less bad, but it is hard to really tell. Pain being a bad sign in any way, I decided this exercice is not for me right now).
Thanks. Awesome videos btw. 🙂
I appreciate you talking about rest days. I'm no newbie to fitness, just gotten out of shape over the years and really needed something to keep me accountable to finish a workout.
But I'm seeing a lot of youtube videos and reddit posts with "I used RFA every day for X amount of days and here are my crazy results" this goes against everything I've read about fitness over the years. And while I can see at some point on the game unlocking enough skills to maybe do split days (upper and lower rotating) it starts you out with only 4 exercises that are a combo of arms and legs
Plus I feel if you're aiming for a good workout, you should be somewhat not wanting to do it the next day.
I've actually been enjoying this game for a solid month straight, spending up to an hour a day (usually 30 minutes of it is actual exercise). I've only noticed that the past two days that my shoulder is agitated when I first start the game, but goes after I use it a while. Should I be doing 3 days workout and 1 day off? For the most part the workout seems to help. Also i tend to get my ring fit skills mixed, a little arm, a little leg, a little chest, etc, so I'm not really focusing on one particular area. Though it is the squats and sprints that really wear me out. I usually end up too winded and have to pause for a few minutes to get myself to recover, though when I work out I do push myself. I got it up to the difficulty of 20, and some days are certainly harder than others depending on what I'm doing.
Thanks for the tips I just bought the game today, wish me luck!
Just got the game today thanks for the advice. I was thinking of doing every other day but I like the suggestion of 3 days on 1 day off. I will try it out and see how it goes.
Great introduction to the game! How do you think this game compares to a trip to the gym?
