      I have chronic inflammation due to an autoimmune condition and I'm currently going through the longest and worst flareup I've had in YEARS. I have been taking 800mg ibuprofen almost around the clock for like… 10 months straight now and it no longer helps in any way (and I'm worried about the damage it'll cause), so I've been turning to an anti-inflammatory diet instead. This is so helpful and encouraging as I embark on this journey–thank you so much.
