Amazing options! I am 5 months post hip replacement, and was a struggling to find quad exercises other than squats and lunges. These were very easy to attempt, but definitely challenging after about 7-8 reps! I have already noticed increased range of motion after just one session. Adding these to my strength sessions. Thank you so much!
