Sharing my results will discipline and motivate me lol so I’ll be doing this workout for 21 days. I’m consuming a low carb, high protein vegetarian diet while I partake in 18/6 intermittent fasting. I am not new to fasting so do not try it unless you’re starting slow and over the age.

Hi jo! I started watching your videos around August. I put myself through a lot and decided to give myself a life style change. Immediately I enrolled in a perfect diet plan and started to do this workout along with your dance workouts. Believe I was weighing 80 kgs and now I have come down to 65 kgs. Losing 15 kgs was a herculean task for me. All thanks to you for all the motivation that I got from your videos. I am healthy and wanting to start a happy life here onwards.
