When I started exercising with a dombell a year ago , it was 2 kg each .
But now I want to increase weight because I can't feel anything now.
So, is it ok to use a 5kg dombell each?

See now it's a great arm workout what needs to happen here first is a 3min arm warmup first then you will really feel it once you get to the arm overhead part you will feel the burn
