I just started doing these exercises about a week ago. The only one I can’t do is the heel tapping. It hurts my neck. The other 3, I definitely feel the burn!! Thank you !!

what ami suppose to do when ido abs workout like by back hurt
Have a question if this workout also works out lower abs? New to working out and lower abs/muffin top is one of my problem areas. Have lost 10 lbs in little over a month, with lifestyle diet changes and your videos already!!! Thank you!!!
