BRO THIS MADE ME FEEL LIKE SOMEONE IS CUTTING MY ABS
Day 1✅ : IT WAS BURNING!! And felt like there was a giant ball in my neck, don’t rly see any difference, and I’ll drink lots of water and update 🙂
Day 1 night✅ : still burning, couldn’t drink much water, and also I live in an Indian household, so it’s hard for me to lose weight, not much of a difference, I’ll update tmrw 🙂
Day 2✅: BURNS, but hurts less, 10 second plank is much easier, I don’t see much difference bc I ate a lot of spicy ramen this morning😭, I don’t think I can do it tonight since I’m going somewhere, I’ll update tmrw or after tmrw🫶
Day 1: My body hurt alot and just getting familiar with the routine ✅
Day 2: My body hurt a lot more but that's because I was able to do it in one attempt and not multiple attempts I'm still getting used to the routine though✅
Day 3: Couldn't do it ❌

Day 1: I did it on the 4th and let's just say, I died. It burnt so much. But good workout!
Day 2: although I did feel some burning like the first time, the pain wasn't as bad as I thought.
Day 3: I ended up forgetting to the the workout.
Doing this for a month every day
