both calves: 35 cm

I have not been doing these spescific streches for ny calves but ive ben doing streches one of my calves are not that big but one of my calves are 2 inches bigger then my normal one do to a bad habit and now im trying to.lose all that muscles that i build up over the years, because my calve that is bigger can also get very sore do toe tensing it up alot on purpose so i hope o can lose that muscles and get that calc back to a normal size because ive been trying for years
Have been doing for 2weeks now and wow I have lost 2cm from my calves will continue to update 💕
