Glad I found this video. It’s the easiest lower ab workout for me because I’m basically starting from scratch. Other lower ab workout videos have too many workouts where you have to hold your legs up in the air, which I cannot do at ALL right now lol
I did this yesterday and today i feel the ab pain all throughout my lower abs and a bit on my obliques! Its been so long since I’ve done a workout where i felt pain the day after which is something i want cause it makes me feel like it works well! So excited to keep doing this!

Day #1 ✅: Abs and upper thighs are burning and I'm sweating (I cycled and did other workouts before this though). So far I have high hopes for these workouts. I'm satisfied for today. 🙂

I normally HATE ab workouts because they hurt so bad to the point I can't even finish a 2 minute workout lol. However, THIS workout I not only enjoyed and finished but will continue doing! I felt the burn during the workout but it wasn't until after I finished my abs really burned! (Did anyone else find that?)
I store fat mainly in my lower belly, so an area I really want to work on. I will continue doing this workout in hopes to see results!
