Thank you for this video. Would you please comment about the difference between “jumping up” versus “pressing down” when one starts to “lift the knees”? My tendency when I lift my knees is also to “jump up” which then sets up a cascade of actions reactions where I can lose the rhythm. Watching your movement – in slower speed video – you seem to be able to get your knees up and feet off the mat without “jumping up”?

So excited for this series. I think I might be an only level 1 / level 2 gal and perhaps only a minute or two until I'm more used to this. I'm going to try and do these videos at least once a day if my body lets me. Anyway, I didn't have to hold my stability bar the whole time, so that's something!
