Omg! When I was 13 (2008) I was severely depressed about my stomach and I found this video and started doing them everyday for a few months while cutting back on junk food. I lost SO much weight. As years when by I lost this video and couldn't find it anymore. About a year ago I subscribed to your channel because it helped me with giving massages. I searched 2008 ab work outs and came across this and I'm so happy! I loved your channel as a lost little insecure girl and I love it now as a muture young mother!
