Great video. I personally lost 66 lbs (30 kg) in 8 months. I followed a “cyclical high fat, low carb” diet and this worked extremely well for me. Losing fat and keeping it of is incredibly easy if you know what you’re doing 🙂

How to start in the morning or before bed
I’m over weight and I try to do workouts without feeling intimidated, I’m on day four and I can say when you keep consistently with it not only does it help gain knowledge and another workout routine but it also allows you to gain balance with your weight just like the first exercise on this video thank you.
