Bro dead lift is very dangerous to beginers who want to give build up . Really I had very bad experience . What happens is if you do more than what u can u will get very bad back pain and very high tochure of head ache for more than 2 days . U can't sleep u can't bend u can't walk ur mood cycle will completely distrubed . Please keep ur BACK BONE 🦴🦴 completely safe . After that I understood how our back bone is playing a key role in our body . Really with my bad experience I am telling please be care full with DEAD LIFT its effects are very bad
