Nothing worse than someone sat on a machine on their phone.
People that go to the gym need to focus on what they're doing and not be distracted by everything around them. They definitely would have better results. If I ever open up a gym there would be no phones allowed on the floor, no TVs and no music. People are supposed to be in the gym to focus on themselves not be distracted. 💪
What if it's not possible to sleep an 8 hour night everyday. I work 2 jobs. Monday Wednesday and Friday I work doubles. If I am able to sleep more on the other nights will it balance?

All these tips go for anyone and are nothing new.
This old service connected veteran is in the gym 4 or 5 time a week.and walks 300 to 420 minutes each week.. no longer interested in looking like i am 32 and no longer interested in what a person wears or don't wear gym. My PTSD has. Given me a 1000 yard stare. I may look someone's way. And not see them or at least not notice them.. yes I know this is not what this video about.. but thank you to all allowing the old soldier a minute to. Vent

⭐ Eat whole unprocessed food.
⭐ Reduce Alcohol, Sugar, Carbs, Breads, Rice, Pasta.
⭐ Boost vegg/fruit intake.
⭐ 30min Sunlight Daily.
⭐ 30min Exercise Daily.
⭐ Drop all sugared drinks except water, tea, natural veg/fruit juice.
⭐ Sleep at least 8hrs.
⭐ Utilize fasting. Both intermittent and multi day.
⭐ Avoid the middle isles of grocery stores. Shop the walls only.
⭐ Natural state foods. Forresr, Farm, Fire, Flood. If you can't find it on a Farm or Forrest*, don't eat it. If you can't cook it with *Fire (oven), or Flood (boiling) don't eat it.

41 and after many many years of working like a dog I’m dealing with shocking pain from injuries over 20 years of work. It’s pretty scary to be this fucked up with many years left of work I need to do before I retire. I try to work out but I have so many chronic issues every workout I try , every trainer I hire , end up hurting me and stopping me in my tracks.
What about a good hot shower instead before a work out?
