I never comment on videos but I must for this. I started my glutenjourney when I was 19 years old, as I was very flat and wanted some curves. At the beginning it took a long while to build my glute muscles and I did weight training and hardcore workouts. In 2022 I had some health issues and hadn't been to the gym for a long time. I wasn't as flat as I was at 19, but I lost much of the muscle mass. I wanted to ease back into working out to prevent strain, and I started with these videos by Ivana. After doing this workout only twice I saw results! I'm not sure if I was targeting my glutes correctly before in the gym, or watching the correct videos. But these butt workouts, especially this one, gets you the results. I love working out in a gym and working up a hard sweat, but it's also nice to be able to do this workout and see results without putting in hours of work outs and obtaining slow results. The key to this is really focusing on activating your glutes, so focus! Don't do the exercises sloppily, and have good form. You will see results. Thank you Ivana!
These exercises look amazing and I like that weights aren't needed. I also really appreciate the nice music and the time countdown…so helpful. But I don't like that she has those butt inserts in her pants. Very deceptive and not necessary because this is a great workout. Thank you!

I’ve heard that most of these glute work outs, such as DK and side lying abs are mostly just activators and not what truly grows your glutes…
