fatphobia. Still alive after the dismal low-fat failure of the last 40 years.

Totally wrong advice. Cut out the carbohydrates which raise insulin;(insulin stores calories as fat) all carbs except veggies; and eat fat; which does not raise insulin and induces satiety. And protein of course. Fat is also a good source of fat soluble vitamins. The low fat experiment has been done already; and the result was an an obesity and diabetes epidemic affecting the entire country.
