I been doing the Squat Holds for a few years now and worked up to over 3 minutes.
When I do them, I also pivot to each side using my hips and I also try to alternate touching each knee to the floor ( got this from another channel) to really loosen the hips but this is challenging.
I'm 52 now and have very good mobility.

Just change your toilet bowl to step on bowl then you are doing squat everyday🤪🤣🤣
A few of these exercises can injure yourself. Be careful with deep squats you could injure your MCL. Kettle ball swings can pull your back out if you are using too heavy of a weight. Just be very careful starting out.

I am 67 and have arthritis in right knee. I get a shot now and then but don't think it does much. So doing deep squats I just tried and did better than I thought. I ride exercise bike some but seem to hurt my knee more than treadmill. I don't get out and walk much as have to go pee often. I do 45 minutes on 3.5 ( goes to 12) and at 5(goes to 12) on incline. That doesn't seem to bother my knee much. So I have understood do anything unless it hearts. Do u agree?

There is absolutely no need to do more than 4×25 straight Push Ups with the last set always to failure. Instead of raising the rep number above 25 you'd better place your foot on a more and more elevated position as you progress. You could also wear a weigh jacket. Also add the Diamond Push Ups to your training for your Triceps to get stronger. The Bulgarian Split Squat is always superior to Squats. Walking is great but not enough. You need to add HIIT (sprinting) twice a week.

When you say 25% your body weight are you talking about per arm or total?
