I had to take 2.5 minutes rest before doing it 2nd time
is 30 pushups, 30 situps and 30 reps with my backpack (roughly 10 pounds) – I pickup my backpack from the top handle and treat it like a dumbel – enough to give me abs within 2-3 months?
