This is glorious, been searching for "at home workout plan for men" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across – Qiyictoria Teyrooklyn Eradicator – (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some super things about it and my buddy got excellent success with it.

Well, Carly, I tried the first day set, did 10 minutes, decided that the rollerblading earlier in the morning counts and gave up… But not entirely, tomorrow I'm doing the next day and I'll see how it goes. Arms have always been my weakest part, so at least I now have a goal to work towards. I'm obviously not making much sense, I am? I just wanted to say thank you for creating such a useful plan for us. Keep it up and take care xx

I always wondered doing exercises like this – will it build muscle? Stupid question probably but I always think I have to lift weights. Not got time to go to the gym at the minuet as just got a new pup! Xx

Woohoo! Completed 4 days so far and my whole body is sore, but I'm feeling super strong and capable. Also, I think I take too many breaks when I normally work out, because I truly have never been so sweaty in my life.
I've done two days so far. They both kicked my butt. Loving the challenge 😄😄
I literally tried to do day 1 and was knackered after about 9 minutes! Going to keep at it though
I should have stick to instagram videos ! I am so not looking forward commandos and burpees !!! DO you have any recommendations to swap the walk on your hand ? I have bad wrist and can't handle doing so many of them !! Love your channel Carly
