i have been doing this workout for several days now because the arm slimming exercise has become too easy for me now. i haven't really tracked the changes in my weight tho im surprised to see that some of my shorts and bottoms are fitting me nicely again.
what i love about this exercise is how much it makes my body tired/sleepy by the end of the day because im an insomniac. since i started this workout and if i do this in the morning or at least before 3pm, I feel incredibly sleepy by 9pm to 10pm. it has rly regulated my sleeping patterns.

Really helpful in many ways. My aim not only to loose weight but to keep healthy. I can't follow with all the movement on my 1st time. After a few days, i can do it except for jumping. My health condition not allow me to jump. Now, I did not realised 20 min passed.

edit: after two weeks of doing the workout (+slim legs bc i gave up slim arms lmao) i am now 62.77kg, i lost 3kg/6.6lbs. i only did it 3-4 times a week. it is the first time i see results doing home workouts so i will continue to do 28 day shred challenge, also by april han.
