This really does work. I’m 56 years old and can climb 2-mountains in one day run a quarter mile in very fast time. I’m very slim and toned body. The secret is eating fresh fish 🐠 steamed Broccoli 🥦 green beans, spinach, various nuts, blueberries, blackberries, porridge outs, muesli.. eat only that comes from nature from tree, grows from ground, fish from sea. go back to nature eat only foods from nature and spend as much time in nature like mountains, sea, and you will be able to do things at old age that are amazing….👍👍👍🥦🥦🥦
Thanks for sharing.
1. Although cleanliness in general is a good thing, I think, you can easily overdo it. E.g. the immune systems needs to train on germs and fight them on a daily basis to stray strong and resistant to external threats. If you remove 99.9 % of all germs every day, your immune system might suffer.
2. There has been some research about chrono types in people: There a different groups of people with different preferred bed and wake time. Staying true to your natural chrono type rhythm is, in my opinion, the best way to stay healthy in that regard. Of course, modern capitalism mostly sets strict rules for work hours, sadly.
3. Hiking the mountains might be also good for increased production of red blood cells, which lead to better oxygenation.
Hi Samurai. This video has so much information. I am very eager to know the lifestyle of Japanese. I had an opportunity to work with a few Japanese and I always admired them and their culture. I am impressed by the way they give importance to every detail of their work. I liked this content and looking for more such informative videos.
May i please know what spices Japanese people use to for flavours in food ?
PERSONALLY CLEANING TOILETS, KITCHEN AND HOME EVERYDAY IS PART OF PERSONAL DISCIPLINE AND HEALTHY LIFE STYLE.
FILIPINOS LOVE TO TAKE A BATH OR SHOWER AT LEAST 2X A DAY.
Cries because US bathtubs are so stupidly small…
Another awful thing about Americans as roommates, at least for men, or if you have men roommates even if you aren't one, they literally think washing your hands makes you "effete" so they stink and also everything becomes dirty. Never mind Milennials across the West even now that they're in their 30s (which they also also always followed Boomers' 団塊としらけの同令者 belief that everyone over age 30 is both evil and useless–even while criticising and looking down on Japan for marriageable age sayings…) have rooms/homes covered in crusty laundry and dirty dishes. I recently had my home a mess because I was in the middle of doing a bathroom reform and suddenly needed emergency leg surgery. It was horrible and caused me lots of mental stress and duress. I was able to clean everything this past weekend finally.
Mountain are usually remote and dangerous to climb alone here, and hilly areas with more people are rich neighbourhoods where people get suspicious of anyone walking around and will cause you trouble 🙁
There's lately this Sizuoka maccha regular green blend tea sold near me and it's so good! I am still interested if you do a video about good ways to make regular maccha though.
What about genetic?
I am actually in Japan now, Tokyo, and yesterday understood that it is not that easy to find vegetables 🥕🥦 🥒🥑🫑🍅 here, supermarkets fully parked with fast food, and no vegetables, only very small bags of Chopped vegetables like daikon and cabbage, no simple cucumbers 🥒😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
It is super complicated find vegan and healthy vegan food, or if you find cafe if you did not reserved your table you can not come….
Culture of alcohol just totally Bits Russian vodka(I am Russian) people really like to drink alcohol!!!!
In underground 90 percent of people in mobile 📱 and they do not look at google map 🗺️ like me, there games, manga, websites of makeup 💄 and so on.
Mane food it is rice (rice it is carbs…) meat 🥩 (a lot of meat … I mean included fish and sea life form), and very small vegetables (normally cooked).
People smoke, yes it is in a kind version in special places and not into your face, that is really cool!
So… what is really nice, it is tea in bottles there NO sugar!
And normally 90 percent of sweets what I’ve tried were with 40-50 percent of European style of sweetness, and that is really tasty for me.
And when I saw all these…. Of course if I would lead life like that I would be dead in 2-3 months.
And telling that bath 🛀 and natto and walking is enough for long life maybe it is not enough? Maybe there really huge thing like genetic?
Also type of mental thinking makes us healthy, would be great to explain how Japanese people think in different situations in average.
🤍
This guy is so cute.
