I love this videao.. you two are great to watch.. I sometimes switch between the two of you but the dude does crazy work outs. I LOVE the one in a plank where you bring your knees to chest that feels great. I also follow other vids. Amazingly kind and helpful esp in times of pandemic and no gym to go to 🙂

Hi Guys,
I am really concerned as I have noticed ever since I have started working out (doing your full body HIIT/Tabata with weight training) atleast 2 – 3 times a week that my stomach seems to stick out more… 😖😱 I had the assumption that working out the full body would atleast make atleast a little positive change to my stomach… What am I doing wrong? The internet says many things ranging from not breathing properly while exercising, blood being pumped to the area that has been worked, inflamation, nutrition issues…. I am startibg to get leaner in other parts of my body (arms, thighs) but I am OH SO WORRIED about my stomach area…😭😵 I so badly want a strong lean and sculpted body but I feel my stomach is messing up even more… Would you suggest I continue doing

Oh, boy, am I feeling it. But hey, one thing that helps me with the scissor kicks is putting a Pilates ball underneath my butt. (It's something I do in my barre classes.)
