I love this style of short, easy, fun workouts. You know those times when you are having a bad day, or you just woke up in a terrible mood, or you are on your period, etc and you just can't convince yourself to workout? these are the best! I usually combine 1-3 of these short fun ones and by the end of it, I'm feeling great. and the best part I still did some exercise.
I added some equipment this time and did it after a 12 minute upper body workout with dumbbells. Phew 😬

I absolutely adore these short-but-intense workouts ❤. I used to mainly do your 10-15 minute workouts, but lately I've hit a rough patch where I've been struggling to feel motivated. These sorts of 5-7 minute workouts are perfect for those times because they feel much less psychologically daunting, so I can almost always convince myself to just push through. The best part is that once I'm done, sense of reward from challenging myself makes the rest of my day better too — suddenly I'm much happier, more energized, and ready to tackle the rest of my day.
Your workouts have long been a key part of maintaining my sanity, and that's especially true now. Thank you so much for your hard work, Maddie!
