Thank you, Lucy! My friend from across the country and I do these together. We Zoom on our phones so we can see each other, push the button at the same time twice a week and then ping each other the other days. We keep each other anchored daily. This was an addition to this week's D3.⚓

I have always lacked enthusiasm to start exercises. These have really inspired me, to try harder. As mid 50s, little too much weight around hips/thighs. Really liked, after 1st time I tried it. So carried on, and finding new routines you have put together. Thank you for your inspiration.
