i have hypothyroid and had my thyroid killed off. its so hard to do certain excersises and stay with them but your videos are amazing. i just started adding them to my walking routine. i hope i see an improvement. i need to lose about 25 pounds ( more actually because i am overweight by more) but id be happy with that to start out. if you have any videos that helps people with thyroid problems you can count me in

What's the best time to do these exercise
The only way it works is by caloric deficit and you cannot target specific areas of fat either, check out shredded sports science ๐ช๐

Can I do 7 minutes of belly fat immediately after I do the back fat video? Or do I have to space them out every other day? I just started the back fat challenge and so far I am liking it! ๐ I do a 16 minute brisk walk before I do the 7 minute back fat video (4 day of the 7)….

I'm not exactly a beginner. I just haven't worked out and got really out of shape especially in the belly area bc well life happened and I've started to begin taking care of myself again. I noticed you have alot of 7 day ab workouts out and that's what I def need. Does it matter which I do? Do u have to do them in order that they come out? Or can u do the ones you like best? Thank you. I have completed the first one btw.
I do two – three of the 7 min workouts each day and have so much energy. Those combined with healthy meaks are keeping me fit and not destroying my knees!! I am curious about how many calories are being burned.
i'm doing january challenge as well as this (started this belly fat workout yesterday) workout and for the challenge i'm in middle of 3rd week and i'm down 3 kgs. I could have reduced more but my diet routine was off last 3-4 days but i'm consistent on this. I'll keep continuing because i have a long way to go. And those struggling like me i wish you well on your journey <3

when over 60 we need to accept the changes may take longer to appear. Took me just over a month to lose the 1-2 inches
