Man i never worked out really, after doing this my heart is about to burst.
i know this is 2 years or more ago but i would really like to try this workout but i cant find it on the heria pro app, i just found out about him and this looks like a good workout for me to begin with but do i need a fully payed app for this or is it removed?

Hi everyone. It wasn't better do some kind of cardio before star doing half burpees? In one second you´re completely relax because you just woke up and in the next second your heart rate is on fire. is that ok? What do you recommend? Thanks in advance!
I've never achieved to continue this exercise (and in general any fitness routine) longer than a few weeks. But I keep coming back to this, because everytime, I felt the impact right away after just a few days of doing this. Thanks for this great video!

Former high school athlete, somehow find myself at 35 and skinny fat. Did this for the first time, perfect non daunting routine. Will be doing this 5x this week.
I like this routine very much. In the 5 minutes warm up routine, you don't recommand long streatching before exercising. What about after? Is it bad to streatch calves, ischio etc. lets say for 30 seconds? Do you have a video for that?
