This particular workout is the one that help to loose inches on my arms. I always come back to this exercise. I love this so much but you have to be consistent.

Week 5…started with day 1 of 7 of this workout… I love that it's not as intense as the one from the previous week but effective ..
Added to play list as my go to at moment. Great little work out that can be done at your own pace. Great before work too. Does bit of cardio, arms and abs all in one. Awesome and thank you x

The workout is tiring, ngl. My hands have been paining since yesterday. Don't have the energy to do it right now. I'll do it in the evening
Exciting this one.. 7 days – 1 down, 6 to go
I almost didn't do this, if it was anyone else's work out I would have given into my laziness. But I wondered to myself, 'what does she have for me today?" So I turned on the channel and did it and it feels great! I am doing the 7-day fitness challenge. I am not the best with the eating yet but one day at a time I shall improve.

Hey guys. Im going to update for a week to see of it works. I wanna mention I try to eat less and drink more water along with doin 3-4 more ab workouts and 2 arm workouts. Hopefully I get results!πβπ«( I also do Lucy other fat burning workout) I use this video and one of her other fat burning workouts as warmups for my intense bas workout.
Day 1- βI was sweating soo muchhh
Day 2-β same as yesterday
Day3- βit was still hard to do
Day 4- βI did it and see a little results already idk if it the 9ther bas workout but I've never seen a result that fast, I didn't think this would work Imma do this every day not for a warm up but for loosing fat!
Day 5- I didn't notice the change anymore
Day 6 – I felt sick but did it any way
Day 7 didn't wanna do it but did it and I felt good also #DONETHECHALLENGE
I didn't see a noticeable result but I feel good and will continue
