I came across this exercise last year & have continued to date. Loving it which I do in the mornings & I also include be mobile Physio for those that are 55+ to get me through the day.
3 times a week & feel good about myself for someone who hasn’t done exercises in a long time, apart from walking 😊

These are great! I'm a 70 year old woman with a bad neck injury but it was time to start exercising. 30 reps is a lot for just starting exercising. I had to stop a few times but as I'm used to gardening I expect that by next week I'll be fine. Now to go ignore my arm pain for the rest of the day… Does anyone know if that's an AI doing the exercises?
Is this to tighten flabby arm muscles or to lose arm weight, I mean, for slim arms? I hope there's a difference between losing arm fat and tightening loose arm muscles.. I'm confused.

It is shocking that you claim that 2 in of fat on the underside of the upper arms can be eliminated in eight days. Shame on you
. my upper arm is soo lose😢 & i want to reduce my upper arm & tight … Upper hand is 30cm… .. if i doning this exercise then my upper arm reduce??? & Tight

Idk how you guys do it, but I divided it into several workouts. Yesterday I did 1/3, today I did 2/3, hopefully, my arms won't kill me tomorrow, and I could do the rest, haha

Got through the first part all the way! Also incremented weights to make it more challenging hehe.
I have a muscle disorder called Charcot-Marie-Tooth. I'm on day 4. This is very challenging for me but I'm going to stick with it. I do have to stop sometimes during it but I'm stgill compleating the excersises.
8 days in and my arms actually grew 1 inch bigger BUT its muscle building! My flab is definitely smaller but of course the promises of this video are unrealistic. I look forward to results after continuing this routine, which I really like
