i have problems with legs with running mainly both upper legs…. i think it to do with hamstrings but not sure TBH. TY for help..

Hi Chris, first off – you are amazingly inspirational! I love the way you film your videos. It's almost like having you as a personal trainer, with how patient and informative you are.
Which (if any) of your workouts would you recommend for women to do? I have a couple different fitness goals, the main ones being to get a true 6-pack, get defined shoulders and arms (without getting too bulky), and lifting my booty. Would any of your workour cater to my workout goals as a woman?
I broke my fibula in 2015 and still have complications whenever I try leg workouts. This has hands down been the best one for me! I usually get swelling but not with your regimen.

I always get tired quickly in 15 mins when I target the legs 😓but when I target the upper body, I have more strength and can work out for 40mins.
