I am on my second week of doing this and loving it! It makes me feel so accomplished in the morning. Thursday and Friday are the hardest for me. My calves were sore for 3 days!😂
It's nice workout! I didn't feel enough power for challenging workout so this one is good, quite easy to do, but not so easy that you don't feel anything at all!

hi how are you ? i need some information regarding a myth i am doing these exercises and cardio, and i am lost 2kg in two months , my trainer is saying if you repeat your exercises again and again you will not lose fat and gain muscle. i want to know is this true ? should i keep on doing these exercises or change or go to advance level.
