I am definitely going to give this a try. I really have a problem with belly fat. I''m female 120 pounds .But my stomach really pokes out and it can really make me feel self conscious in my clothes. I am looking to tone. I also need to lose around 10 pounds because my weight is greater than my height. My doctor told me so. I just watched two of your videos and they really did give me inspiration. I wanna keep trying and ill definitely start jotting down how i feel 20 mins after eating a certain food. because i often times over eat. simply because i want to chew on something. I am trying to replace that was chewing gum instead. Long story short is i''m on a weight loss journey. Looking for that toned dream body that i always dreamed of having so i can feel like my best, confident self. Gonna start writing how i feel 20 mins after eating a certain food. because i often times over eat. I'm also incorporating exercise. wish me luck ! 🙂
