2022/07/31 my name is Abel thanks everyone
I suffer from headaches and I overheat easily so I don’t wear a helmet.. I know that’s risky, but I’m not sure what else to do to be safe. I wonder if anyone else has experienced this.
3 tips for SW FL, USA cyclists…1. forget the blouse, and just use a fluorescent mesh vest (its freakin' hot in Summer!!) 2. cycle 1-hour before sunsets. 3. quit looking at YT-vids about cycling. 🙂 buona fortuna!!!
Thank you for this video! I learned not to trust the breaks the hard way when i went downhill to fast so i decided to brake but i flew off my bike.
Good tips. Thank you.
I'm more into running….except right now I'm nursing a foot injury. (PF)
So I been cycling instead. Yesterday I cycled 11 miles.
It was a good workout
One time i was racing in mtb orienteering, but forgot to check it was long distance. So the idiot i was I did not think i needed any water. 2.5 hours in and i was completely drained, like It took everything to peddle just one. Definetly one of the hardest races ive ever done, but the one who taught me the most about my mind and resilience. However i kept riding and finished an hour later, so 3.5 hours without water, now I always bring water no matter the distance.

Point 4 is in my opinion not true, at least for the Netherlands. Better to underdress, because otherwise you can sweat.
i am a beginner i intend to buy TRIBAN RC 100 FLAT BAR is it good for me . Pls advise me
I have an incorrect saddle height
Yes, and when you ride in a group make sure you signal to your rear riders when you get out of the saddle or take a spit
I have been cycling over 35 years and love it. I actually have a channel on YouTube (click my name to see it) and one big mistake you can make these days is not checking your bike chain for wear. Sounds silly but if you don't it will eventually lead to a big bill when you need to replace your freewheel and your crank.
I really enjoyed this. I have done everything one of these.
Should I go on a gear 3 and speed 7 if I wanna have full speed in a bike race tho? And is it alright if I wear a hoodie while driving a bike, or it'll tire my hands?
Love the terrain your cycling in !
0:22 this part aged pretty well
How tall is this bike
He really did a joe biden at the beginning
It's just ot beginners … ..How this boy in tights on a skinny bike passed me … He didn't even say Hi or by https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-QMdUmamyJ4
4:09/ I don’t understand how you can injure your knees at a hard gear, I’ve done weight lifting and the no. one thing when doing leg day is not locking your knees and when I ride my bike I go on a hard gear for exercise and and there is literally no locking in the knees, can you explain to me how is it that you can injure your knees on a hard gear? It would be greatly appreciated. The only thing I can think of is if you fall.
Is this filmed in Lake District?
I used to be walking for about 3 months home an hour and a half every night from work because public transport doesn't work at such hours.
I just bought a bicycle and I ride to work and back home, it takes me about 30-40 minutes.
Riding to work during 30-33C and riding home during 27-30C.
It's HOT as heck and I arrive both ways soaking wet and I gotta change my clothes.
Also the bicycle's sit is not comfortable at all, it hurts my butt a lot.
Also I find it scary riding on the road along with the crazy traffic.
People are dying on the road almost everyday in my country and I don't want to be involved.
I never studied for a driving license and I don't know the laws so that makes riding along with cars irresponsible in my opinion.
Instead, I carefully ride the sidewalks.
There are so many things to get used to.
Also, I ride with a heavy 10KG bag filled with my laptop and it's accessories on my back so that makes the ride a bit uncomfortable too.
Though, riding a bicycle definitely spices up my boring life with some adrenaline.
Hey cycling world, check out my small island from my road biking videos

Nuffffing?
I really want a road bike
Started having interest in cycling literally just a week ago because i saw videos about it on tiktok and i though it looked cool. I plan on cycling to use it as an exercise since i find it hard to work out, but biking with my cousins (since they already have ones, i didnt because i wasnt interested in them before) would be better since i would enjoy and not have it feeling like torture. This would also be helpful for saving up some cash because im planning on not having to commute to places that i could just bike anyway. The thought of just biking to my relatives and friends houses just makes me so excited. I already know how to bike but i only rode it on the road once, coz i mostly bike on a small playground or park without any cars, so being on the road would be so nerve wrecking, but i have my cousins to teach me so that would be fine. Now all i worry is having a new bike because we only have one, it says "cannondale", idk if its good but i think it is, srry idk much about bikes yet, still doing my research, anyways, we only have one and i want to bike alongside my papa because he needs to lose weight too, im planning on biking with him because i noticed that he only really goes out to exercise when he's with me and my cousins, so amma need to have my own since the first bike wasnt rlly something i liked. Still researching on what bike i should get, road bike? hybrid? idk yet, I want something that i could go very fast on and have control on, im not much of a risk taker so the fixie is a no-no, i think, for now lol, but yeah, im gonna be using the bike all the time, not so long distances, not planning on cycling as a sport but just something to exercise on and use for transportation, and i want a bike that looks cool asf because i like attention, nah jk lmfaoo. Anyways, to cycling experts or for those experienced enough, in ur opinion, what bike u think would be good? Thank u for those who would answer, and please be nice in the comments, im still pretty clueless about bikes and cycling but im now researching more abt it, srry for the long ass comment but just very passionate abt this.
1: get a decent saddle that fits your bones properly. It makes the world of difference. Wider/squishy isn’t better. 2: when using cleats and clips for the first time, loosen them right up so you’re not fighting to unclip in a panic. When you get used to them, tighten them up.
I started training for boxing a month ago. I wanted to start biking on top of my 10km runs. Now, I'm biking 20km and running 10km 6 days a week. This video was very helpful….I have spairs, but I need to invest in a mini pump.
I was just reading Wind Breaker
Always check you've put on your shorts BEFORE you leave.
I bought a 26T MTB today..frame size of 38.1 cm..my height is 5ft 7 inches..
Did I made the right choice?? Seems a little small for me while riding.
I'll come watch this later. I've been watching multiple beginner tips since this morning and I haven't eat yet! Anyways, my problem is I am having a hard time controlling my bike's handle and also using the brakes. One time, I almost got in an accident while riding a mountain bike my first time. A car's in the same way as me so basically I needed to stop because the road is narrow. So, I tried to stop myself with the brakes, and tried to put my feet on the ground but can't, once the bike stopped because of the brakes, I just saw my face very close to the ground and the car, yet I was standing and touching the car to stop myself from falling further. I remember the car's driver actually stopped the car before I can, so that gladly helped me not get in an accident. I also remember the people in that area looking at me because the fault's definitely on me.
I just got a huffy trail runner and I’ve only ever had a bmx bike so it’s pretty tricky for me I started with gear 6 and I thought my bike was bad bcuz it was hard to ride but it was just the gear I was on.😭
Lovely lady
Best method to avoid beginner mistakes: Never start as a beginner.
I remember back in the days you would see children just playing with their friends on their bikes ahh those were good days.
What? You say don't choose the wrong gear but don't say how? Useless
Im new in cycling, almost a month and i find it challenging and fun..thank u for this video so that i can avoid mistakes, because im starting cycling in a long way and hills…😁😊 because of this i may now improve my cycling 😊
