If i do this exercise say 3 times then after that perform a 15min hiit workout would it burn fat and build muscle at the same time
I’m 9 I only got 2and a half
20× Reverse lunges (10 reps each side each)
20× Hip thrusts
25× Bicycles
20× Lying chest flyes
20× Overhead extensions
20× Hammer curls
20× Arnold press
20× Dumbbell rows

Just started working out last week, I'm rotating though your full body dumbbell workouts (I've found 6 so far). Doing 2 reps working up to attempting 3. I'm doing a video every second day and cardio in between those days. I'm 40, 5'11" and 212.5 pounds. I will keep anyone interested on up to date on progress.
Hey man, I like your workouts on this channel. I have to ask though. These aren't your primary strength workouts are they? I'm sure you use heavy weights with traditional rest periods to build as much muscle as you have. These weights are light for you so I'm thinking this is more of a conditioning day? I'm thinking of adding this in for conditioning. It would kick my ass though, I couldn't keep moving non stop…lol. What do you think?

Hey barbarian, would doing this full body workout 2x and doing your bicep and tricep dumbbell workout twice a week be a good routine?
Not bad a workout..i would add dumbbell front squats and romanian dumbbell deadlifts though..they work the lower body and some upper back in the same time..
And btw your form in the hammer curls was a disaster 😅

Killer workout
I just finished two reps!!! Yay for meeee….. and while I didn't need to call 911 (or 101 in my country) for an ambulance to take me away, I am in a WORLD OF PAIN!!! Oh man…. the first hit was those hammer curls in rep 1 and then the squats in rep 2 and then the hammer curls + arnold press completely decimated me but I managed to do the rows and then I jumped for joy but in pain to celebrate my success. Also must mention how important it is to do it slow and steady to really really feel the burn. So if I wake up in pain tomorrow should I take a rest day or just give it another go?

Damn I only have adjustable dumbells (the ones on which you have a longer bar to put more or less plates), I'm gonna bust a hole in my nuts with those thrusts!
