@Natalie Tewa A traditional Westernized meat centered diet will leave you ill eventually due to the fact that it's extremely acidic. I invite you to do some research on Dr Sebi and his methodology. An Alkaline Vegan Diet will only make you much more healthier, looking younger, having more energy, better skin, and better thoughts.
I can say to you that if you give this lifestyle an attempt you will not be disappointed. I guarantee you results as long as you do this the right way. I've been an Alkaline Vegan for almost 8years and I will never ever return to eating meat ever again.

Hey Natalie, good work with your video and vlogs. Just an FYI, i noticed from your videos when you do squats and lunges you bend your knee over your toes and that is not good form and it is also bad for your knees as you end up straining your knee joints seeing as you put more weight on the knee as opposed to the thigh / leg muscles. Try leaning back more on your heels and you will feel the difference (and the burn lol) Slightly over the knees is not bad but if your constant is over the knees that is bad. You can read up on it, thanks
