I'm just starting the beginner calendar and I thought this would be easy. The first watch-through looked simple enough. Joke on me. I started shaking from the hundreds. But it felt so good when I'm done. I'm motivated for tomorrow.

The music is too loud and distracts me from listening to what the instructor is saying. Music without vocals would be much better.
How..? How tf do you roll up?? I can physically do every other move in this video but for the life of me I cannot roll up even a little bit.
Cassey, I’ve been working out with you on and off for 10 years. Now I wanted to get a workout in after not working out for a while, and this focused, relaxed, yet intense video with these familiar moves and your familiar comments on form (and about one roll-up = 6 crunches lol) was so incredibly soothing after a rough day. My tailbone is not cooperating, my lower back is hurting instead of my abs 😩😩

Does anyone know why I feel these more so in my legs than my core?

day 2: ❌ i was lazy + my muscles were so sore
day 3: ✅ my muscles were still sore but still did it
I tried this and boy does it burn! I worked so well for me!
my first time doing this and i almost cried bc it was so hard for me. hopefully next time itll be less harder. it took me 25 minutes to complete this, almost give up but didnt. im happy, tomorrow ill try it again.

I just did finished this workout! Had to take a couple seconds longer of breaks but I made it through! Next time I will be able to do it even better! Thank you for this, I never can motivate myself to work out so pilates is just what I need, I’m so excited to get stronger!
The exercise where you roll up off the Florida where are you sitting up in your hands in the air I couldn’t get it past about 6 inches matter how much I scores my muscles. Even try to use my hands to go to the back of my legs didn’t work
I used this workout and my abs felt the burn which is so good definitely recommend and it is perfect for a beginner like me
How can I keep my tailbone on the mat? It always seems to just want to lift off by itself
