Looking for an intense ab workout that takes just 7 minutes? I promise you'll LOVE this one: https://youtu.be/DHD1-2P94DI
For me lying leg raise is by far the best. It's the hanging version where I feel back pain and only my hip flexors working. And some of those excercises work your shoulders more than abs. Also cable crunches is the best excercise for progressively overloading your abs and it's not even mentioned in this video.
I feel like the first two are unfair ratings. Just because people can’t perform the exercise properly shouldn’t mean that it’s a bad exercise. Especially it youre also gonna say its a good exercise when done right lol
Wow, seems like those of the worst category are the most tiring and hurting ones, the better to the best ones have some really simple and non straining ones, I love it! Now no more excuses.
Can you get a 6 pack in a month?
*worst to best?
I wish you made this a 45 second video with the same info.
Windshield wipers?
love this series. great idea to rank exercises by a professsional trainer AND physiotherapist in one and actually give reasons for the spot in the ranking. Jeff is best. Hands down!
PS. Putting hands down is killing your gains 😉 kidding! Love the channel!
disagree
how many step I do when I'm performing the Single sided slow carry?
ab wheel rollout is elite in my opinion.
At home leg body weight exercises?
what should i do instead of planks?? i’ve been doing them with good form and like 45 lbs on my back for sets of 1:30, what should i do to replace them?
Nice!

Thanks 🙌
Bro is talking like hes the best
No L-sits
1:36 I tried russian twists the right way and tore my delts to pieces. Is that normal?
Renegade Rows?
I'm surprised that the ab crunch machine isn't even mentioned in the video. Does that mean it's worse than the worst? 😳
yeah dude…. but you are doing the easy variation of the plank 😂😂😂. just put your hands a little further away from your shoulders
i rate this exercise bad because you are doing it wrong…. what?
Russian twists are the best……nobody can make a good six pack without doing Russian Twist……
Came for your opinion on russian twists and you gave it 0 seconds in 🤣
I do hanging knee raises because it train forearms and legs the same day
Dude reminds me of Andy Samberg's character on Parks and Rec.
Levitation crunch is my favourite
Thanks a lot it really helps without straining youre muscles or have pain after. Respect that you are helping out everybody that are trying to better themself.
lower back from the worst to the best
Adidas trousers make Russian twists easier
There were two I used to do in gymnastics, and I’m curious how they’d rank:
V-ups
Windshield wipers
V-ups would start in a hollow hold position with feet and shoulda off the ground, then contract both legs and arms up to touch your toes.
Windshield wipers were a hanging exercise, similar to leg raises, but you’d make a semi-circle with your toes all the way out to one side, touch the bar, down to the other side, then back again. Absolutely destroyed me back in the day 😂
7:20
Russian twist is the best 👌
Every website I see says russian twist are a great ab workout.
bicycle crunches – 2:05
livitation crunches – 10:15
crunches – 11:00
your arguments dont make much sense! you are literally saying russian twist is good but put a red cross on it and dumbbell side bends get a red cross because they train the side muscles, not the sixpack and to me thats foul. I love doing side bends and do side planks afterwards. I think a little concentration for the side muscles and whole core is as important as having an exercise which concentrates on the sixpack. swipes is also the same as lying leg raises which got a red cross this is getting ridiculous
no russian twists 🙁
Doing the sliding tucks make me feel like there's a bigass belt pressing on my whole abdomen, it's almost unbelievable!
what abt cable crunches ?? those are extremely good too right ?
I can't be buying new socks every month
Can anyone explain why I'm getting serious tension in my neck when I perform the levitation crunch and swiper?
This might be a silly question but for that single-sided slow carry, will I need to do it for each side or is one side enough?
Where are sit ups
Stupid bulging disc won't allow me to most of these 😩😩😩
damn I can't do the sliding tuck I have a big carpet in my room lmao
love the Arnie portrait lmao
Hi Jeff, great video and im looking forward to trying some of these. I do jack knives and sometimes with light dumbells between my feet and hands. Where would this exercise rate on your scale? Thanks 👍🏻
One tip abs aren't aren't muscle so u don't need a ab workout u need to pick some of the best ab exercises then do them
