How many reps
I like those exercises. Last year I had 2 hernia surgeries, including a mesh on the last one. That 2nd surgery was done at the end of September. It was the 3rd incision along the same line: cancer, hernia and hernia again. The incision from the last time still hasn't healed. I have what they call a wound. Do you think I could give those exercises a try or would you recommend something else. I'm 75 and don't like being out of shape (I was a US Marine, and we are a little weird). Thanks!
