I like the video, but not the title. Ab workouts are useful for strengthening your core. But obviously you won't see the muscles with a layer of fat over the top – appreciate you pointing out that the ab workout on its own won't do that though

Ya know it's pretty true for cutting out sugars and fast food, at least for me. I was pre-diabetic like a year ago which scares me cause my mom and dad family are genetically prone to it, so I started to cut down all sugary stuff, bread and all, and fast food. Started working out a little by running, and doing a bit of exercise, that I have never done for like 10 years LOL. I'm thin with a major belly fat, not beer belly cause I don't drink, it's all junk fats. But when I started working out and cut sugar for like a few months, Holy s*it, I didn't believe I could cut it down. Its just that simple, just got to do it.
New here. I'm excited to start and reclaim my sexy happy confident.

My only critique for this is that he always says about getting abs and being lean and how u have to train other muscles as well which is good advice but u have to be ok with gaining some fat whilst bulking before u cut, which he hasn't mentioned in this video
True eliminate all garbage foods that fat is sticky takes time to get rid off. But I do sports like soccer 2ce a week ans swimming your abs look great with HIT.
