I have been doing it wrong too.
A land on pinky toes and push off the big toe
Yeah Mani is back!!!!
If u feel like ur useless remember this guy exists 😂 Calf raises aren’t complicated!
as someone who is 5'7" with us size 11 feet I don't think I can do this without tipping backwards, feel like I have to pull my center of mass over my toes
I feel like we skipped the "are you doing calf raises?" question…
I watched it back and Sarah's hips moved forward in both.
I prefer to do my calf raises without touching anything. That way, if I lean forward or my hips were to move forward too much, I'll fall in that direction. It also helps me work on my balancing ability.
So basically eleve
Bro grew a tash and aged 30 years woah 😂😂😂
Literally the same thing 😂
The return of Mani 🎉🎉🎉🎉
I don't see the difference
Should we instead be focusing on bent knee calf raises? More relevant for running?
This! hopefully flexible toe off daily trainers is back; which now dominated with rigid rocker style.
I am ok with rocker for other than daily trainer.
Interesting one. I think the point here is that by moving your hips vertically, you raise your centre of gravity more.
Idea for how to ensure perfect form – hold your elbows into your sides, forearms horizontal with your middle fingers touching the wall. Then when you do the calf raise you are prevented from moving closer to the wall.
So good to see Mani again!
Thanks Manni, I think I've been doing it wrong
It’s Manni! Please slap Nike a bit and get them to fix their app I can’t do your half marathon plan otherwise!
Yayy manni
Proper form is key! Yay love these videos! Keep it up Running channel!
