This is hard my parents were making me do this and I don't understand the part where you go a abows and up and back behind your head and the other one but not that much stuff to do with it but I should probably just get used to it and yeah thanks for trying to make me feel better cuz IM Afaid they want me to do this but I'm afraid to do it because my dad always wants me to corrects me on stuff but its gets me mad and upset so THANKS A LOT for MAKING ME HAVE TO DO THIS TO MAKE MY MOM HELP. 2kg is actually a challenge for 7 times a week

Been doing this for quite a while and ive started seeing results like a week ago,im 14,I use 2 kg dumbells and its been really working,would recommend.
I do it every night before sleeping (once a day)

I think u need to use heavier weights. There cardio weights. Probably weight about 2 pound. The dumbbells I’m using weight about 30 pounds 14kg. Not just that but you can’t just expect to see a difference in muscle mass when your doing so many workouts I no one day. Focus on biceps one day. Triceps the next. It’ll take about 4 months for you to actually see a difference.
