I started this workout 90 days ago, 5 days wk. my 1st week I could only
do 5 sets, after 2 weeks I was able to do all 10 sets. I was 185lbs and now
175lbs. This circuit workout pumps the heart, my belly fat is gone. I am on my next 90 day
circuit workout. I'm 54. after 10 sets I am dripping sweat, those are my results. feeling GREAT!!!

So let’s say I’m an absolute overweight beginner. Do I work up to 10 sets? If you addressed that, I guess I missed it.
I have a question. I'm 56 and probably 10.to 15 pounds over weight. I wouldn't say I'm totally out of shape but would never be able to do this workout just starting g out. Do you have any suggestions?

Bro, I did this shit today after watching the video yesterday. OMG! I only got through 6 circuits and had to stop. I ran on the treadmill for 15 minutes (for a break) and THEN completed the circuit. Afterwards, I did another one of you HIIT circuits and finished with abs.
I "THOUGHT" I was going to lift today, but those first 6 circuits took the desire right out of me. Lol. AMAZING workouts.
I might just see my 6 pack by my 50th birthday. Thank you

Good cardio. It's the first time I did that cardio workout. I did the first 5 sets with 20 lbs weighted vest on, and my one lbs jumping rope. The last 5 sets, I removed my vest. I did it in 20 minutes. I am 60 years old, I will have 61 on Dec 14. It's great…. 🙂

My heart beats so fast for this circuit….first 5 circuit my time is 9:44 secs…and my full time for the circuit is 18:47 secs…great

I thought I was in decent cardio shape. I hike frequently and jog 2-4 miles twice a week. However, this showed I am not in good high intensity cardio shape since I had to stop 20 minutes in after completing 6 sets 🤷♂️I know what my starting point is and now it is up to me to improve. Thanks for the great workout plan 👍🏼
