These exercises helped me loose back fat and that bra bludge it’s where I tend to gain more weight bc I have a lot of chest … you know 😢😢😢

Wonderful! I’ve been neglecting my back muscles when training recently so for me this workout is perfect. I’ll be doing it for 7 days straight and hopefully it’ll help my posture beacuse it’s pretty bad. ❤

How do you see the 12 week challenge and yeah how do you do that on the phone?
I enjoy all these different exercises for the back I'm struggling to get the fat off my back I understand it's probably part of what I'm eating maybe it's my age maybe I'm not doing it consistently however thank you heather for maybe you want to share with us what you eat on on a regular basis… Do you ever eat sugar. And you know what macros are and can you tell us some macros are specifically are they are they just protein and vegetable carbs?
