Good info and love her natural remedies, but disappointed with the push for plant fats and proteins. Please look into Weston A. Price's findings of indigenous cultures that had superb health and longevity and their diets. Animal fats and proteins were used for millennia and are the least processed. Coconut, palm and olive oils are also traditional. Grains, legumes and nuts have a lot of phytic acid and other antinutrients that are not ideal and only animal protein can supply all the nutrients we need. Look into carnivore diet and how much success people have with healing all kinds of diseases they never could on a plant-based diet. Not saying it's the ideal diet, but it works wonders for some, even long term.

I watch many of your videos, but I take offense at fat people being called "big". Tall people are big, not necessarily fat. I happen to be a small person who is fat. How good is sourdough bread
So I ate a plat based diet for years. I even became certified by t Colin campbells Cornell plant base course I ended upon with first kidney stones, and then oxalate overload —joint pain. Felt like crap. It took years to develop but it did. Now limited veg and animal protein and ni am much better.
